I heard a transmission from Lee Carol the man who channels Kryon where they talked about karma and mining the Akashic Records. I find this a fascinating subject because many people believe in karma and paying off karmic debts etc but not everyone believes in past lives.  I do believe in past lives and karma so what they said really resonated with me. Kryon said that if we are able to bring forward past wounds into this lifetime through karma, then we should also be able to go into our akash and bring out the positive aspects. For example if you were a healer or a Shaman in a past life, you should be able to go into your records and withdraw that information/skills and bring them into this life. This makes so much sense to me! I have had many past life regression sessions where I have brought forward a past hurt, or incident and healed it in this lifetime, so why couldn't I go into my records and bring forth all my knowledge from being a Shaman, a snake charmer, and even a seer?

During meditation today an overwhelming sense of excitement and expectation for the future bubbled up in me. The energy was that of expectation, anticipation, and then of course they were followed by FEAR, which often follows the idea of something new and unknown coming into our lives. Since fear is really "False Evidence Appearing Real" I decided why not change the acronym of this 4 letter word to something more positive? Channeling the fear into positive expectation is the key to manifesting a positive outcome. So instead of feeling the FEAR as a negative emotion, why not transform that into a positive one by defining it as Favorable Expectation Actioning (positive) Results! Isn't that what the power of intention is about anyways? The other night I went to a workshop one of my local spiritualist churches although I wasn't really interested in the topic, I knew that I needed to go. At the workshop I met a very interesting medium who does spirit art, and although she's only been unfolding for 2 years her gift is already strong. After the workshop we spoke about her experiences attending the local churches and what the reception has been to her unfolding. Because she had a very rapid & unsettling introduction to spirit, she sought out the help of a psychiatrist who then referred her to a psychic. In Silence Peace Prevails On my first day reading at Phoenix Rising in Langley, I had some time on my hands before my first client, so I meditated and I wrote. Spirit had a message for me and for those who will listen. It told me that I must sit and listen in silence and let peace prevail. Today I had a few great epiphanies thanks to spirit, and to an unexpected client. I am currently unemployed and after I finished my last job, I considered taking a film project to tide me over until I found a good paying part time position. Soon after I fell down the stairs and fractured my tailbone, which completely slowed me down, and stopped me from taking any work at all. Frustrated and concerned I’ve been meditating a lot during my time off, asking for direction and clarity about what direction my life should go in. Today as I was deep in meditation I asked spirit if I should continue to give private readings or If I should quit. I asked for a sign. When I was at AFC in the UK the question came up of what the difference is between being in the trance state and channeling? Since American's have coined the phrase "channeling" the Brits there thought that perhaps it was the same thing, with a different name. I asked this question in meditation and today I received a fantastic answer. Channeling and trance are very different. Channeling is what someone does when they are "in the zone". Anyone can do it, and do so on a regular basis. For example an actor giving an Oscar winning performance could be said to be channeling, or an athlete competing in their sport of choice. It can even someone who is in their joy while singing in the shower, or someone planting a garden.
